Can I Add or Remove the Help Link?

There is an option to turn off the Help Link in the header navigation. The default is to show the HELP link.

Click on BALLOT > SETTINGS  and then click on the Appearance Settings Tab. See the ‘Show Help Link’ setting and set as desired.
