Via the Email Campaign section "How do I resend the email to those that failed to receive it?"
To resend emails to voters with failed email addresses such as (invalid, bounced, blocked), you will need to update the voter's email address prior to resending the email announcement. For more details, please see this How To Video: https://youtu.be/6DSKjMlpL8s.

Please note, it may take up to 3 days for the final status to show for Bounced emails. For more details on resending emials, please search help for the term "email".
