A voter may have a primary and secondary email address as well as a tetiary email address, etc 

EXAMPLES OF WHEN MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESSES WOULD OCCUR IN AN ELECTION:

• Multiple owners of a single unit in an HOA / POA Election: When only one vote can be cast for the unit, but multiple owners with multiple email addresses need to be alerted of the voting process instructions. 
• Multiple shareholders of a single member company: When only one vote can be cast for the company, but multiple shareholders or employees with multiple email addresses need to be alerted fo the voting process instructions
• Multiple residents in a single home: When only one vote can be cast for the home, but multiple residents with multiple email addresses need to be alerted fo the voting process instructions
• Or simply each voter has 2 email addresses in you member database and sending to both email addresses improves your chance of voter receiving the eleciton announcement email. 

HOW IS 1 Voter = 1 Vote ENFORCED WITH MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESSES FOR A SINGLE VOTER?

For each voting record (each row in the upload CSV) there is the ability to cast a ballot (regardless of number of email addresses).  So when using the AV email campaigns, all of the email addresses associated with the voters will receive the email announcement.  So if Voter 1 has 3 email addresses, all 3 emails receive the election announcement; however only the first cast ballot will be counted in the results.  Any other email address owner that logs in to vote will receive the "ballot already cast" screen and be denied access to the ballot. 

If your shareholders per company (or owners of single unit) ALL can vote their own fractional vote, then EACH voter with fractional weight should be listed as a voter record in the CVS.  This is different than one voter (voter record) with multiple emal adresses so don't organize your voter CSV as below.  

UPLOAD PROCESS: 

A voter may have a primary and secondary email address as well as a tetiary email address, etc   Add an email column for each additional email address for the voter record. See image 1 below.  The last 2 columns are additional email address fields.
