How to Revoke a Proxy
The Voting Manager/Admin has the ability to revoke a proxy on a voter's behalf. Go to Results > Who's Voted to display all of the voters that have cast a proxy. You can type the name of the individual in the search bar in the upper right corner to easily filter the list. Click the "Re-open" button next to their name. A window will popup to confirm that you have the correct record saying "Are you sure? This cannot be undone." Once you click OK, the Proxy has been revoked.
VOTER REVOKE PROXY
If the Voting Manager/Admin would like to allow voters to be able to revoke their own proxy, this feature is now available. Please note: Admins can always revoke a proxy on a voter's behalf. In the general election mode, if the proxy has been cast by the proxy caster, it cannot be revoked by the voter.
Go to Proxy > Settings, and you will see the question: Allow proxy casters to revoke their own proxy? Select Yes or No as desired.
You will also be able to edit any messaging that will be displayed to the Proxy Caster related to this setting. Please see image below:
