How to Print a Paper Ballot, How to Print a Personalized Ballot

This is a feature of a hybrid election. First, the configuration of the election needs to be completed, as well as all the slate information finished. Paper Ballots can then be printed out and mailed. Once mailed, there is no way to change the information.

Navigate to HYBRID ENTRY > DOWNLOAD BALLOT PDF on the side navigation. Then click on the ‘Download Generic Blank Ballot PDF’ Button.

The Paper Ballot text, wording, and verbage can be changed in HYBRID ENTRY > BALLOT PDF SETTINGS.

If you want to print a personalized paper ballot, on the DOWNLOAD BALLOT PDF screen, scroll to the Download a Voter-specific Ballot PDF section, search for user with their credentials, then click "Download Ballot PDF" on their field.

 

  • If you choose to print out a generic or group ballot, the top portion of the ballot will include voter credentials fields for the recipient to fill in.
  • Group Ballot is for all voters of a certain group
  • If you print a personalized ballot, the voter credential fields will be populated.
