How to Find Voters Who Have Unsubscribed or View the Bounce Report
To quickly access the bounce report to see who unsubscribed or which emails bounced from your recent campaign, please follow these steps.
1. Go to Email Announcements > Browse Campaigns
2. Find the campaign you recently sent and click "View"
3. At the top of the screen, click the green "Download Bounce Report" button
The report will include unsubscribed voters and bounced email details.
