How to add a counter to your ballot
Turning on vote counters is a great way to help voters navigate a longer ballot and will simplify voting so they do not get frustrated if there is a required selection limit.
To turn this feature on from the dashboard click on Ballot > settings or Edit Ballot Settings.
This will bring you to the settings page where you are going to want to click on the appearance settings for the ballot which is where the counter feature is located.
After clicking on the appearance tab if you scroll down you will see a section that says show selection remaining counter. After clicking yes in the bubble click the save settings button in the bottom right-hand corner.
If everything was saved properly you should see some text that shows the number of choices left under the selection limit for a given position. Example below.
