Once an announcement is sent, the system keeps track of which voters were sent the announcement at which email addresses. If you add voters or change/correct voter emails, and you want to have them receive that same announcement, do the following:

1. Go to Email Announcements > Browse Campaigns

 

2. Choose the "View" button on the campaign that was sent. That will show you all the individual messages sent in that campaign.

3. Click the "Scan Voter List for Changes" button in the upper right corner. 

 

4. If the system finds additional emails that would have been eligible for this announcement but did not receive it, you will then get the option to "Attempt Unsent Now". Click that button; the system will attempt to send the announcement to those addresses in the next few minutes.
