Resend the email to all voters

You can resend an email announcement easily via the Email Announcement -> Browse Campaigns section.  For details on how you resend the whole campaign, please see this demonstration video: https://youtu.be/CeORNDbQ3pk

Resend the email to an individual voter

If you want to resend the email announcement to a single voter, please see the below instructions. 

1. Go to Email Announcement -> Browse Campaigns on the side navigation pane

2. Select your campaign by tapping View on the campaign of interest. In the below screen capture the campaign is "Announcement Email"

3. From the Campaign details screen, search for the voter's email.  Once found, select the send again button.  See screen capture below. 

Note: if you don't see a send again button, your email address may be invalid and require an updated or fixed email address for the voter.  To update the email address, select the Edit Voter button.

Note:  If you do NOT have email credits, you will not be able to resend emails.  Contact Support@associationvoting.com if you require more email credits.
