How to Reopen a Ballot

How do I Reopen a Ballot?

In the case where a person has accidentally voted for the wrong person, abstained from everything, or made any other mistake while voting, their ballot can be re-opened to cast again.

Navigate to RESULTS > WHO’S VOTED. Search for the voter to re-open, then click on ‘Reopen’. If you don't see a re-open button, please contact support@associationvoting.com for assistance.

The voter in question should be contacted to let them know their vote has been correctly reset.

NOTE: not all elections are configured with Ballot re-open permissions for the Voting Manager.
