How do I hide a position, proposition, candidate on the ballot?

Any position, proposition (bylaw ammendment), or candidate you add in the Voting Manager by default is active and visible on the ballot.  Active ballot items can be limited to display to only members of a certain group, but group instructions are in a separate Group Help article. 

If you would like to hide an item on the ballot, you can simply select the "active" button for that item to toggle it to inactive.  When inactive the items will not be displayed to anyone and thus no one can vote on the item.  This is most beneficial when you are utilizing the Live Election features as you have voting rounds at your meeting that require differing questions and changes to the ballot per round.  

For example:  In round 1 perhaps I can vote on all 10 of the candidates, but in round 2 perhaps I can only vote on the top 5 from round 1.  

To hide a candidate on the ballot, change the candidate to Inactive.  To hide a position or a bylaw proposition on the ballot, change the item to Inactive.  See Screen capture below:
