With the purchase of our Setup Service, AV will set up your election site utilizing the election details provided to us. To collect the information, we send this questionnaire and instruction guide to ensure the election site is exactly as you would like!

Please note that your FINAL data and completed Setup Questionnaire need to be received a minimum of 5 business days in advance of your election start date to meet your election launch date.
