Can I see how a voter voted in the results?

By default, the setting for election results is set as "Anonymous". This means that you will not be able to see how voters voted in the election.

If your organization bylaws permit, the voting manager can request to change that setting to "Not Anonymous" to see the member ballots for further analysis.   To change the setting, please contact support@associationvoting.com or Submit a Ticket to request that the election be changed to "Not Anonymous"

To view how voters voted, you will need to export the results report. To do this, please complete the following steps (see image below):

1. Go to Results > Export.

2. On this page, select the report format you prefer. The default format is PDF but Excel is also available.

3. Select the components that you want to include in your report. The information that you are looking for is in the "Member Ballots" section, so be sure to check that box.

4. In the "Member Ballot Reporting Mode", select "Show Member Identification

5. Add your email address to the Notification Email Field

6. Click ‘Request Report’

The system will then send you an email with a link to your report. If you do not receive the email, you can also refresh the Results > Export page and your requested reports will show at the bottom of the page

You will be able to see each ballot that was submitted and how that person voted in the member ballots section of the report.
